Named for its ability to get you buzzed from the feet up, this classic has been knocking them down since the 1930's. Our Murmur variation is a witches brew of Pampero blanco rum, Mount Gay eclipse rum, lemon, lime, orange, passionfruit, pineapple and bitters.
Release The Kraken! From the darkest depths comes our deliciously monstrous spin on a cocktail classic. Kraken spiced rum wrestles with Diplomatico anejo , orgeat, lime and orange bitters to make a drink of mythic proportions.
Get in touch with your pirate-side with this scoundrels blend of Pampero anejo , Chambord, blackberries, vanilla sugar, lime and apple juice. Sweet, strong and insanely drinkable.
A Touch of Mutiny
Take back the ship and raise your flag high with this liberating mix of Bundaberg Mutiny rum, apricot brandy, Cointreau, lime, egg white and a dash of caramel and cinnamon syrup.
Spice up your life with this ode to our favorite spiced rum, Sailor Jerry as it takes to the high seas with Chambord, lime and a squeeze of raspberry puree. Mix in a dash of sugar and you have one of our newest favorites.
Peaches and Swing
Peach nectar, lime juice and Luxardo maraschino cherry liquor kick up their heels and Charleston with rare Bulleit bourbon to make for a memorable cocktail homage to the jazz era.
Maple Old Fashioned
Maple syrup, orange bitters and a rye whiskey, bourbon whiskey or scotch whiskey of your choice, stirred or Don Draper (just a quick shake). If you could have anything Don Draper, why wouldn’t you?
Smokey Blood and Sand
Like a wild Scottish highland warrior, this mix of Laphroaig 10 Year Old Scotch, Cherry Heering, Dolin sweet vermouth and orange juice will rampage across your taste buds and take no prisoners.
In honor of one of our heroes of cool, this smooth rat pack of Jack Daniels Single Barrel Holiday Select, apricot brandy, Dolin sweet Vermouth and a dash of Abbott's Bitters will send you back to a time when smooth was smooth and nothing was cooler than Frankie and his boys.
This is the first cocktail our Murmur Manager Matty ever learned to make, so you know you're in for a treat. A heady marriage of Jack Daniel's Old No.7, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup topped with lemonade, this ain’t a drink for the kids, but definitely one for a party!
Our very own barwoman extraordinaire Kylie’s spin on everyone's favorite, the espresso martini. Espresso and Smirnoff vodka are shaken together with Chambord for the kind of night-starter that'll kick your evening into high gear!
Fruits of the Forest
Once upon a time, Ketel One Citroen vodka took a walk through the woods with St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, pineapple juice and passionfruit puree. A fairy tale for your taste buds.
Mitch made a martini. Mitch made it with Zubrowka Vodka, Giffard peach & Berentzen apple liqueur, lime juice, apple juice, passionfruit pulp and peach puree. Mitch decided it was pretty damn delicious and a small slice of heaven. We agreed with Mitch.
Smirnoff vodka, Luxardo limoncello, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla sugar syrups, and egg white. You may know me as a lemon cheesecake martini, people fly from Sydney just for this drink.
Yes it's sweet. Yes it's fruity. And yes, it comes in martini glass. Smirnoff Vodka, Berentzen apple liqueur , raspberries, pineapple juice, cinnamon syrup and lime.

Tumble down the rabbit hole to the secret garden of tasty delight, where Hendricks Gin has a tea party with sweet peach liqueur, passionate rose syrup, cranky lavender bitters and the beautiful twins lemon and pink grapefruit juice to make a cocktail that screams "Drink Me!"

She's our fiery eastern wild girl behind the bar, but we love her all the same! Gordons gin goes out for a wild night with lemongrass, Giffard ginger liquere , birds eye chillies, mint leaves and just a dash of sugar syrup to make for a wild party on your palate.
A true classic dating back to Prohibition 1920's Detroit, Tanqueray gin dances with Maraschino, Green Chartreuse, lime juice and sugar syrup for a simple, yet perfect balance of flavour and finish. It speaks for itself and it's our final word on how good a gin cocktail can be.

Say please and thankyou or you may get more than you bargained for. Orange, lime and orange wedges are muddles with Seimbra Valles Tequila, Tuaca, Giffard peach liqueur and a bird's eye chilli. Served in a tall glass topped with ginger beer. Comes in hot, medium or order something else.
I'm Your Huckleberry
For all the cowboys with tongues as fast as their six shooters comes this perfect mix of flavors designed to clean up a one horse town. Herradura tequila rides off into the sunset with Benedictine, Cherry heering, lime and pineapple juice, huckleberry syrup and just a dash of bitters! Giddy up!
That Sweet Agave
For the true tequila lovers out there, Tromba Blanco tequila gets sexy with pure Agave syrup, pear nectar, lime juice and St Germain elderflower liqueur for a true cocktail homage to one of the greatest plants on Earth.
Like an Irish backpacker let loose in a Mexican cantina, this one’s sweet and charming but don't be fooled - it knows how to party. Milagro Tequila gets pally with La Pinta Tequila pomegranite liqueur, apricot brandy, lime juice and grenadine to start a party in your mouth that'll rock on through until the wee small hours...

In honor of another hero of cool to Murmur, Mr.Leonard Nimoy, this bold cocktail goes where none have gone before. Tanqueray gin makes first contact with ginger liqueur, lime juice and both apricot brandy and jam for the sort of drink that makes you live long and prosper.
Sarah's Twisted Gimlet
Gordons gin, Rose's lime marmalade and lime juice. A zingy, sexy thing and the beginning of our fascination with jams in drinks.
Chocolate and coffee, why not ? We blended fresh espresso with Smirnoff vodka , café Boheme liqueur chocolate syrup and bitters . One tasty little treat.

Black Mountain Flower
From one of Melbourne's best bar-women and our best mate Joey Tai comes this delectable marriage of Pampero Anejo rum, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Amaro Montenegro, lime juice and sugar to make for a cocktail so good we had to start doing it ourselves.
Huey Louis Drambuie
Not quite the ‘power of love’; in fact, not a reference to Huey Lewis at all. Gentleman Jack Daniels, Drambuie, cucumber, orange bitters and pineapple juice. Like its creator, gone but not forgotten.
This is My Drink - but, it could be YOUR drink. Do you like Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey? How about if it were mixed that with Aperol, Montenegro and a few drops of grapefruit bitters? Stirred and served straight up? Oh yes, I think My Drink could be your drink as well.
Named for one of our dear friends of the bar (he knows who he is) the Lord Ben is a delicious blend of Smirnoff vodka, Solerno blood orange liqueur, Pavan liqueur , lime & blood orange juice and a scoop of pomegranate molasses to make for a sweet and luscious mix.
The Mad Kings Valley
Cribbed from a Japanese master cocktail makers recipe by our favorite unicycle-riding, kilt-wearing, gothed-up regular on his travels to the Land Of The Rising Sun, with a twist by our very own Kylie, this mix of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Cointreau, lime juice, Orgeat, orange bitters and blue curacao is one you won't soon forget.
His name's Evan and he sits at the end of the bar; he's bitter, smells of whiskey and we love him. Rye whiskey, Campari and Rosso vermouth.
Good Mezcal, coriander, chilli, lime and agave syrup, named after our old friend Ricardo's first born child.
No school like the old school
"Always do sober what you say you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut." - Ernest Hemingway. Our tribute to a great drinker (apparently he could write too). Pampero Blanco rum, maraschino liqueur, lime, bitters and pink grapefruit juice. Served in a paper bag... Just how papa would have wanted it.
Pampero Anejo rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice, caramel syrup, and a dash of bitters. Basically a Pina Colada with caramel and without cream. Our guilty pleasure.
Burnt Orange Sour
A real crowd pleaser, as well as a staff favourite. Caramelized orange wedges get muddled with your choice of Rum, Jack Daniels whiskey or Old forester Bourbon, lemon juice and egg white.
Lemon and Ginger Mojito
Pampero anejo, Luxardo limoncello, mint, sugar and ginger beer. IT's a mojito with a difference... and difference should be embraced!
